Tanika Chapman prides herself on offering a fair and compassionate returns policy. We understand that situations can arise where customers may need to explore alternative options or adjust their plans. We want to assure you that, in line with our commitment to excellent service, we are open to discussing how we can assist you. Please be aware that our policy strictly enforces the guideline that refunds are not available after 7 days from the initial payment for the service if you change your mind. If your service has already been completed or delivered within the 7-day period, a refund will not be provided as the service has been utilised.

REFUNDS FOR CHANGE OF MIND: We want to be upfront and transparent in expressing that we do not issue refunds in any circumstances. Even if you change your mind or come across a similar product or service at a lower price elsewhere, our policy remains unyielding.

SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES: In light of special circumstances, including unforeseen situations that may require modifications to your chosen service, we understand the need for flexibility. While we cannot accommodate refund requests within our policy, we are fully prepared to explore alternative options to meet your requirements. However, it's important to note that we maintain a firm policy of not granting refunds for any requests made beyond 7 days from the initial payment due to change of mind. In scenarios where you are unable to participate in your chosen service, we offer the following alternatives and are open to considering each request on a case-by-case basis. These include and are not limited to the following:

Conversion to a portrait photoshoot, with a focus solely on your horse.
A photoshoot exclusively dedicated to your property.
A photoshoot that beautifully showcases your horse within the backdrop of your property.

CREDIT POLICY: As a small business, we understand the importance of flexibility. If you encounter a situation where you cannot utilise our services, we are pleased to offer a credit for the service to be used within 3 years of the purchase date.

Digital Image Lisence

COPYRIGHT, USAGE RIGHTS & CONSENT AGREEMENT

1. COPYRIGHT & USAGE RIGHTS OF PHOTOGRAPHS: On purchasing digital files you accept that by Tanika Chapman grants you a non-exclusive perpetual personal-use licence to download and/or copy the accompanying digital Photographs subject to the following restrictions:

This licence is for Personal Use Only. Personal use means non-commercial use of the photographs for display on personal websites and computers, or making image prints or video copies for personal use. The Photographs may not be used in any way whatsoever in which you charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration or recognition. The Photographs may not be used in competitions, advertising, be re-edited, re-sold, re-licensed, or sub-licensed.

Should this licence condition be breached and any Photograph supplied by Tanika Chapman is re-edited or tampered with by a client in any way whatsoever, under no circumstances are these files to be published online, in print or by any other means. They are not to be credited to Tanika Chapman Photography. No responsibility will be taken by Tanika Chapman Photography for files edited by any third party.

Express prior permission from Tanika Chapman may be requested under exceptional circumstances. Should permission be granted conditions will apply.

Title and ownership, now and in the future, of and for the Photographs remain exclusively with Tanika Chapman.

There are no warranties, express or implied. The Photographs are provided 'as is.' Tanika Chapman will not be liable for any third party claims or incidental, consequential or other damages arising out of this licence or buyer's use of the Photographs.

2. CONSENT: The client consents that their name and the photographs taken and presented by this photographer may be used by Tanika Chapman for the purpose of display, portfolio, advertising, website or any publication, directory or forum; printed or online; to promote the studio or name. The Client also agrees that the images taken by Tanika Chapman can be used without additional compensation to them; the Client. If the Client does not consent to this item, Tanika Chapman must be notified in writing before the shoot. All respect will be given to a Clients' expressed request to non-consent.
